Job Description:
At Sincer Logistics, we are looking for an experienced professional to join our Mersin central office, to manage the vehicle supply processes in European road import and export operations. This role is critically important for the efficient and effective execution of our international transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and coordination of European road transportation routes and paths.
Management and optimization of vehicle supply processes.
Effective communication and coordination at all stages of transportation operations.
Managing and developing customer and agent relations.
Proactive approach in solving operational issues.

Required Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge and experience in European road transportation.
At least 5 years of experience in logistics or a related field, preferably in forwarder companies.
Good command of English, additional languages are an advantage.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
High level of organization and time management skills.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS;

Graduated from related 4-year undergraduate departments of universities,
Having a minimum of 2 years of pricing and operation experience in the maritime departments of companies providing forwarding services,
Having knowledge of forwarding pricing and operation processes,
Having medium level of written and verbal communication skills in English, and having a level of English to be able to talk operations and sales activities with foreign agencies,
Shipowner relations developed,
Open to change and development, analytical thinking, result and solution oriented,

TASK DESCRIPTION;

Carrying out international sea freight pricing studies and sending offers to the customer in line with the requests from sales teams, foreign agencies and customers,
Managing the pricing processes of spot loads with the shipowner and all relevant suppliers,
Working on price requests of overseas agencies,
Managing the operation and invoicing process of the demands that turn into work,
Planning reservations and ensuring that all related operations run smoothly.
Reporting on Pricing and Operations.
To convey the services we provide and our service quality verbally and in writing in the most accurate way.
We are looking for a Maritime Pricing and Operations Officer to analyze the needs and demands of customers and to direct them to the right results.

Job Description

Graduated from related undergraduate departments of universities,
At least 2 years of sales experience in the logistics industry,
Proficient in using MS Office programs,
